A clear framework for the first conversation

Purpose

The introductory meeting lasts 30 minutes, is free of charge and is offered once per family. Its purpose is to get acquainted, hear a brief description of your request and consider whether the support described on this website is appropriate.

What it is not

It is not a full counselling session, psychotherapy, child therapy, diagnosis, medical or legal advice, an official foster care or adoption assessment, or an emergency service.

Participation

One or both adult parents or carers may attend. The child does not participate in the introductory meeting.

Privacy and safety

The conversation is treated with professional confidentiality. If a serious and immediate risk or a child-protection concern arises, it may be necessary to share only the information that is strictly necessary with the competent services or authorities, in line with professional and legal responsibilities. Recording the meeting is not permitted unless this has been explicitly agreed in advance.

Online meeting

You are responsible for joining from a reasonably private place with a stable connection. The meeting is confirmed only after the day and time have been agreed and you have received the meeting link.

Changes and cancellation

If you cannot attend, please let me know as early as possible so that another time can be arranged.

This is not an immediate or emergency support service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 112.
