What happens during the free introductory meeting?
We discuss what brings you here, what kind of support you are looking for and whether the support I offer meets your needs. It is not a full counselling session or assessment.
What happens after the free introductory meeting?
We discuss whether there is an appropriate next step and what that might be, without any commitment to continue.
Who can attend?
One parent or both parents may join. The meeting is for adult parents or carers; the child does not attend.
Can the meeting be held in English?
Yes. The meeting can take place in Greek or English.
How does the meeting take place?
Online through a meeting link sent after the day and time are confirmed.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. A quiet, private space and a stable internet connection are enough. Please do not send sensitive family information in advance.
Is every request within the scope of the service?
Each request is considered during the introductory meeting. If it falls outside my area of experience, I may suggest a referral to a more suitable professional or service.
Is the conversation confidential?
Information is treated with professional confidentiality. If a serious and immediate risk or a child-protection concern arises, it may be necessary to share only the information that is strictly necessary with the competent services or authorities, in line with professional and legal responsibilities.
What if I need to cancel?
Please let me know as early as possible so that we can arrange another time.
Is this therapy for my child?
No. It is a counselling conversation for parents and carers and does not include child therapy, diagnosis or assessment.
What if the situation is urgent?
This is not an emergency service. In immediate danger, call 112.
