Anaïs Kougioumtzian is responsible for handling personal information received by email, SMS or phone through the contact details displayed on this website.

What information is received

When you contact me, I may receive your name, contact details, preferred meeting times and whatever information you choose to include. Please share only what is necessary and do not send a child’s full name or other identifying or sensitive details in your first message.

Why it is used

The information is used only to respond, understand the type of support you are seeking and arrange the free online introductory meeting. It is not used for advertising, mailing lists or sale to third parties.

Legal basis

Contact details are processed in order to respond to your request and, at your request, take steps before a possible working relationship. Website security and essential operation rely on the legitimate interest in providing the service safely and reliably.

Online tools, providers and transfers

Professional email and online meetings are provided through Google services (Gmail and Google Meet). SMS is provided through telecommunications providers, and the website host may keep technical logs such as IP address, browser information and access time. Depending on a provider’s infrastructure, information may be processed outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in that provider’s terms. How long it is kept

If your enquiry does not lead to a meeting, the related details and messages are deleted within three months. If a free introductory meeting takes place but no further work follows, contact and scheduling information is deleted within six months of the last contact. No clinical record is created through this website. These periods do not apply where you request earlier deletion or where longer retention is required by a professional or legal obligation. If regular work begins in the future, separate information will be provided about the records involved.

Your rights

Subject to data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or, where applicable, portability of your data, or object to its processing, by emailing contact@anaiskougioumtzian.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking tools.
